Mumbai, India RC Project Consultancy (RCPC) Full time

Preparing bills for payments and performing the estimation of quantities along with order of materials. Billing engineer plays an important role in the budgeting records of a project during execution.


1.     To be responsible for Site billing of various contractors and carry out the Site administration activities of the project site.

 

2.     To verify that the work is done strictly as per the Specifications and GFC drawings and escalate issues if any to the Construction Head/ Project Head.

 

3.     To estimate quantities, take off for monthly progress.

 

4.     To check & Verify:

 

a)     Necessary RA bills, final bills as per work stage.

 

b)    Daily departmental labour & labour cost

 

c)     Accuracy of Construction work.

 

5.     To be responsible for processing the bill on timely basis, ensure submission to Contracts Team at HO and pursue the bill till the payment is done.

 

6.     To manage petty cash, site correspondence and manage construction documentation.

 

7.     To carry out other tasks as assigned by the Construction Head / Project Head / management from time to time.

 

8.     To prepare MIS on monthly basis, ensuring timely data integration in accordance with Companys policy and requirement.



1.     Educational Background: A bachelors degree in civil engineering.

 

2.     Experience: 6 - 7 years experience in construction, preferably in a real estate setting, is highly valued. Candidates with experience in billing & quantity surveying are particularly sought after.

 

3.     Software Proficiency: SAP proficiency is mandatory.
