About Position:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Microsoft D365 FO COE Product owner and EPM senior consultant- Role: EPM Senior Consultant- Location: All Persistent Locations- Experience: 10+Years- Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:- As the Microsoft ERP COE finance product owner, on D365 FO- Develops a solid knowledge of the existing systems and business processes: P2 P (Purchase to Pay), O2 C (Order to Cash), R2 R (Record to Report) and EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)- Works with Business Process Owners to understand the business drivers and strategy- Facilitates customer engagement at the appropriate levels throughout the life of the ERP PRG/Projects- Offers guidance to the team during design, development, and testing phases- Understands our clients? use of the product to deliver detailed communication and presentations on the value of various features- Contributes to core requirements analysis/design, needs assessments and cost benefit analysis- Ensures, through an advisory role, that the solution is optimized, compliant, and aligned with Microsoft's best practices, while ensuring the delivery of a consistent core model, compatible with the core model versions already developed and delivered- Participate in the EPM core build projects ?design workshops to ensure core design guidelines are followed, standard usage of the solution is maximized- Validate all finance FDDs (P2 P, O2 C, R2 R and EPM), with the feedback of the other finance consultants- Report the FDDs validation to the D365 FO solution architect for him to officially sign the documents- Perform sanity checks on the core instance of the core model before delivering it to the project team- Perform sanity checks and tests on the Microsoft updates related to the finance area on the core instance and deliver tests results- Manages the finance COE resources in charge of P2 P, O2 C and R2 R finance StreamsExpertise You'll Bring:- 5 years' higher education in the studies and engineering field OR a minimum of 10 years in project management and successful systems implementation.- General skills- Results-oriented at an individual and team level, ambitious, and strong ability to follow-through on commitments- Project Management- Should have worked on international deployments using core templates- Argumentation skills- Adaptiveness / agile learner- Effective organization (operational management, rigor and methodology)- Align strategy and roadmap with cross vertical product areas- Open-minded and curious- Result-oriented- Autonomous- Communication- Share & popularize knowledge- Teamwork and cooperation- Innovation oriented- English speaking ?
