Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, marketing automation, and data management. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing personalized marketing campaigns and solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development and Management:
  • Design, develop, and execute personalized email, SMS, push notifications, and social media campaigns.
  • Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.
  • Create dynamic and responsive email templates using HTML/CSS and AMPscript

Data Management:

  • Manage and optimize data models within Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop SQL queries for data segmentation, data extraction, and reporting.
  • Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party systems.

Automation and Scripting:

  • Implement marketing automation solutions using Automation Studio.
  • Develop custom scripts using AMPscript, SSJS, and GTL to enhance campaign personalization and functionality.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Marketing Cloud features, updates, and best practice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
  • Experience with data modeling, segmentation, and data integration.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Marketing Cloud. -

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
