Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CO, including exposure to SAP S/4HANA and FIORI. This role requires expertise in multiple SAP CO modules and the ability to lead full-cycle implementations in manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a culturally diversified environment.Requirements

Min 10 years of relevant SAP CO experience

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA & FIORI is desirable

- At least 2 full cycle SAP CO implementation in manufacturing project

- Experience in redefining Global Chart of Accounts

- Experience in Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, COPA (Profitability Analysis), Product Costing

- Experience in Actual Costing is desirable

- Good understanding of integration with other core modules, e.g. Sales, PP, MM

- Able to discuss the functionality, features, benefits, and impact of Management Accounting CO

- Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills

- Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests. Conduct configuration changes to accommodate

change requests and prototype activities.

- Ensure compliance to

IFRS

reporting standards.

- Strong communication skills in

English

to interact with relevant stakeholders

- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions

- Familiar with project methodology and tools - Team player in a culturally diversified environment

- Able to work independently and escalate when necessary

-Basic knowledge in FI module

Requirements· Diploma/ bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent, with minimum with 3 years' work experience in systems development under AS400 platform · Candidate should have strong technical knowledge in the following areas: AS400 RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQL · Knowledge of handling Integrated Banking System, preferably with knowledge in Electronic Banking System (EBS) or Credit Card (SICS). · Performs impact analysis on new initiative, design and development · Supports or delivers development according to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) · Delivers business systems enhancements, integration and implementation according to users requirements: reviews technical design · Familiar with tools/practices such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology · Review SIT test plan & result and support UAT for any assigned projects · Responsible in managing technical risks throughout any project · Reviews, monitors and manages vendor's deliverable · Preferably with at least one full SDLC implementation experience in any project · Ability to work independently with minimum supervision but still able to deliver good results · Able to make sound proposal and critical decisions with supervisor's guidance · Good communication and negotiation skills · Good analytical/investigative skills
