About Us:

Cross Border is a fast-growing immigration consultancy with a strong presence in both India and Australia. We specialise in skilled migration and permanent residency pathways for Australia, offering personalised support and expert guidance throughout the visa process. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to lead and manage our Australia PR vertical from our Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end client management for Australian PR visa subclasses (189, 190, 491)
  • Experience for visa subclasses 482 and 407 but not essential
  • Conduct detailed eligibility assessments and recommend optimal migration pathways
  • Stay current with Australia's immigration policies, state nominations, and occupation lists
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding documentation, timelines, and case progress
  • Oversee application preparation and coordinate with internal case processing teams
  • Mentor and support junior consultants or case managers
  • Ensure client records are accurately maintained and compliance protocols are followed
  • Contribute to improving operational workflows and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Australia PR consulting
  • Deep understanding of SkillSelect, points-based assessments, and ANZSCO codes
  • Experience handling General Skilled Migration (GSM) programs (189/190/491)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and standard office software
  • Ability to manage a high volume of clients with professionalism and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a reputed immigration consultancy preferred
