Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be passionate about social media and possess a strong understanding of various

platforms and best practices. This role will involve developing and implementing social media

strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic. Freshers with a strong

portfolio or relevant coursework are encouraged to apply, as are experienced candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with company goals.

• Create and curate compelling content (text, images, videos) for various social media

platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.

• Implement social media advertising campaigns and track their effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• For Freshers:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

o Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• For Experienced Candidates:
