Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesTo design, develop and integrate electronics in lighting Advance thinking & Identify technology roadmap for lighting for different vehicle segments in PV, CV & FD segment Benchmarking of lighting technologies Define system requirement document based on feature content Lamp electronics architecture definition POC for new technologies Vehicle interface, Device transmittal, function description document managementReview schematic and propose cost optimisation, system robustness, EMI-EMCThorough understanding of component datasheet for IC, actives, passives & LEDsManaging and tracking of design release, development, validation & field failures Should have additional knowledge in Wiring harness, Electronics HW Review & release technical specifications & other documentations. Should have detail knowledge on circuits, logic,software integration, CAN FD, VCI tools Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in DFMEA , problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools , Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, project etc. Experience10 to 12yrsIndustry PreferredAny other OEM or Tier I like Valeo, Magnetti Marrelli, Varroc etc and component suppliers like TI, AD, Elmos, Infineon, etcQualificationsBE/B Tech/M Tech Electrical EngineeringBE/B Tech/M Tech Electrical and Electronics EngineeingBE/B Tech/M Tech Mechatronics Engineering General RequirementsInterfacing with all inter dept teams right from marketing to service as so to start from understanding the marketing requirements and till service related activities. Ie from start to end of project Abreast on latest technologies across industry Maintaining quality level tragets as per agreement Adhering to committed timelines Program management & detailed documentation Open to short/medium term travel on need basis, across India & overseas Very Good Vehicle system knowledge in electronic devices & circuit design and other E&E agregates in the vehicle- Distribution systemMarket research & Industry trend analysis through tools like benchmarking, networking, conferences, papers, etc Design thinking through collaboration with internal studio, experts across industries & suppliers for amalgamating the technology into the product Expertise in electronics & LEDsProgram management skills Knowledge in Vehicle electronics & In Vehilce netwroking systems - protocols like CAN & LIN
