You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.QualificationsProven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful content campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsShould have 8-10 years' of total experience of which 6-7 years as Content LeadStrong understanding of content creation and distribution platformsKnowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniquesAbility to analyze data and identify trends and insightsEmploy a highly creative approach to make complex insurance topics interesting and accessible to potential customers while maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulationsEffectively manage the content requirement pipeline, including prioritization, timely delivery and proactive mitigation of potential delaysCreate compelling and innovative content for all digital mediums including social media, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, app notifications, web banners and SEM copies, ensuring consistent brand messaging Proficiency in content management systems and content marketing toolsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projectsAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in the insurance industry is a plus"
