Overall Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable PL/SQL code to support various business applications.Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other team members to develop comprehensive solutions.Optimize and tune PL/SQL code for handling large volumes of data and improve overall system performance.Provide support for Sybase migration and ensure smooth transition of database procedures and functions.Software Requirements:Proficiency in T-SQL/PL-SQL development and optimization.Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and processes for continuous integration and delivery.Experience:6 years of experience in developing and maintaining PL/SQL code for enterprise applications.Experience in handling data optimization and performance tuning in a high-volume transactional environment.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of T-SQL/PL-SQL programming languages and database concepts.Ability to debug issues and provide effective solutions to ensure application stability and performance.Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools and best practices for automated software delivery.Experience with Sybase migration and database platform transitions.Day-to-Day Activities:Write, debug, and optimize PL/SQL code to support various application modules and database functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement efficient database solutions.Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.Support Sybase migration initiatives and contribute to the successful transition of database procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Relevant certifications in T-SQL/PL-SQL development and database management are a plus.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to grasp business knowledge quickly.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
