You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable mobile applications, while contributing to architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, delivering at least two production-ready Android and/or i OS apps.Own the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle, including development, automated testing, deployment, and maintenance.Publish mobile applications to Google Play Store / App Store, or maintain active repositories on Git Hub.Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and libraries effectively.Refactor and modernize legacy codebases to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment with designers, product managers, and backend teams.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.Utilize version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions) for smooth delivery.Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, Flutter updates, and architecture trends.Contribute to large-scale, consumer-facing applications and ensure high performance and responsiveness.Communicate effectively and guide junior developers when needed.Desired Skills & Experience4–7+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with 4+ years in Flutter.Demonstrated experience in publishing and maintaining apps on App Store / Play Store.Strong understanding of Flutter architecture patterns (e.g., BLo C, Provider, Riverpod, MVVM).Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, Graph QL, or similar technologies.Experience with Android Studio (Java/Kotlin) or Xcode (Swift) is a plus.Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, widget tests).Knowledge of performance optimization, app security, and scalable architecture.Experience working on consumer-facing applications with significant user bases is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.BenefitsLearning and professional growth opportunities.Collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work culture.Flexible work arrangements and cross-time-zone collaboration opportunities.Life at AuzmorFocus on continuous innovation and real-world application of emerging technologies.Employee-centric culture that encourages collaboration, creativity, and personal growth.Work with diverse onshore/offshore teams in a flexible and empowering environment.Core ValuesCustomer Focus: Deliver meaningful and memorable customer experiences.Agility: Think independently, act swiftly, and adapt to change.Deeper Problem Solving: Provide long-term, innovative solutions instead of quick fixes.
