We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, a proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute SEO Strategies:

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly

Keyword Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and trends in target markets- Analyze and monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies as needed

Technical SEO

- Oversee technical aspects of SEO, including website structure, crawlability, and site speed optimization- Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO improvements

Content Optimization:

- Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content structure

Link Building:

- Develop and execute a link-building strategy to improve the website's authority and credibility- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and websites for link-building opportunities

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics- Provide regular reports to the executive team on the performance of SEO initiatives

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support for professional development- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO team

Requirements

- Proven 6-8 years' experience as a Manager SEO or in a similar role- In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies, tactics, and best practices- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and digital marketing- Candidates from IIT, Tier 1, Tier 2 Colleges only
