**Job Summary:**


As the AI Lead Engineer at ImageVision, you will spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will lead a team of talented engineers and collaborate closely with data scientists, architects, and project managers to deliver scalable and robust AI-driven products and services. This role requires a deep technical expertise in AI algorithms,Computer Vison , strong leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. Lead colloborations efforts with universities, partners and suppliers.


**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Lead a team of AI engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end AI solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Mentor and guide team members in best practices for AI development, code reviews, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies for various projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and integrate them into existing and new systems.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in AI solutions.
  • Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and prototyping new AI techniques and approaches.
  • Work with Hardware partners for developing and deploying end -to-end products
  • Managing customer expectations , supporting sales and marketing driving business growth.


**Qualifications:**


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in AI and machine learning development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of AI algorithms, data structures, and statistical models.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI solutions from conception to production.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching team members.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in AI, machine learning, or related fields (e.g., NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute, Google Cloud AI certifications).
  • Experience with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
