Main responsibilities:
Bring in expertise on Extended WarehouseManagement processes and integration with cross moduleslike
Production Planning Material Management QualityManagement TMS and SCM.
Bring in strong business processknowledge on EWM processes and integration with cross modules likeProduction
Planning Material Management QualityManagement TMS and SCM.
Preparing organizing andconducting functional business workshops related to the WarehouseManagement area
across the Units.
Buildglobal EWM template and proposes process improvementplans
Ensures appropriate process designs including thecorrect business requirements.
Modelling and documentingbusiness processes using the process methodology. Providingconceptual and detailed
designs to meet business needsand working together with the development team on SAPConfigurations & custom
developments.
Coordinating business workshops AsIs/ToBe Configuration unittesting user acceptance tests cutover golive
and postgolive activities.
Facilitate implementation andsupport of SAP S/4 Hana Warehouse Management Innovation includingseamless
integration between warehouse management& production visibility & control of stocks FioriApps and Warehouse
KPIs Operations.
Bring inexpert knowledge of warehouse management including basic warehousemanagement and advanced
warehouse management processes.
Strong cross functional leadership by bringing peopletogether to gather relevant business requirements withthe
ability to look at the end to end processes andunderstand how the processes integrate in the SAP S/4 HANAproduct
architecture. Key Goals: Improvethe effectiveness and efficiency of the processes across theenterprises global operations in a consistent
and asstandardized way as possible.
Standardize processes forcore IT (e.g. ERP).
Ensures process performance suchthat processes deliver the intended outcomes
Preparesprocess documentation such that related maps and work instructionsalways reflect
current work practice and could be usedfor user trainings and onboardings
Key SAP Skills:
Knowledge/Expertise in configuration andimplementation of: EWM inbound/outbound processing stock
management physical inventory management production integrationreplenishment & scrapping.
Advance WarehouseOperations including inventory management optimizationinbound/outbound process
optimization material flowcontrol transportation management kitting cross docking andwarehouse billing.
Fiori Apps and Analyticsexperience.
Bring in ability to review the WarehouseManagement processes and provide recommendations onprocess
improvements using SAP S/4HANA and conduct fitgap analysis.
Working knowledge on Conversion of SAPlegacy system to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Ability toconduct and facilitate complex and interactive solutionworkshops
Background &Skills:
3 to 5 years ofexperience within Extend Warehouse Management and minimum two EWME2E
Implementations/Rollouts.
ExcellentEnglish skills is a must
Selfpropelled.
Ability to challenge the business.
Good cooperationskills and able to work crosscapability with a mix of internal andexternal consultants
