Shift Timing: 5.00 am to 3.00 pm (IST) – WFO only

Work Location: Sholinganallur


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Pre-underwriting, Loan Processing, Mortgage Underwriting or Post Close Underwriting.

  • experience in loan auditing, preferably in banking or financial services environment.
  • understanding of Australia, USA, or UK lending regulations is essential for this role.
  • analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • with loan origination systems and other relevant software applications.
  • to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

  • and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation.
  • loan underwriting decisions against established lending criteria and guidelines.
  • any deviations from policies or procedures and investigate root causes.
  • comprehensive feedback to credit officers regarding audit findings and areas of improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of loan underwriting processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with evolving standards
