We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant _Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes- Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement- Detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents, test plans etc.- Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.- Good project & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications:

- CA, MBA etc. with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance & Accounting

Preferred qualifications

- Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud in Finance modules is critical.- Experience in Oracle R12 Financial Implementation or Migration as technical lead)- Experience in interfaces and SOAP UI / Encryption keys- Implementation experience of Oracle General Ledger- Experience in Oracle R12 Financial Implementation or Migration- Should have experience in Oracle Implementation and Support- Commanding knowledge in Accounting and Business Process Flows.- Deep knowledge of Oracle GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, FAH.- Good communication and customer facing skills.- Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
