Job Title: Service Now-ITSM Location: PAN INDIA Work Mode: Hybrid Mode Experience: 8+years (7 years Relevant) Job Type: Contract to hire (C2 H) Notice Period: - Immediate joiners. JD for Service Now ITSM, Integration and HRSD: 8 - 10 years working with Service Now platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier Service Now production environment Design, develop, and implement integrations between Service Now and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party connectors. Develop custom APIs and maintain seamless data exchange between Service Now and external applications. Ensure integrations align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. Workflow Automation Customization: Utilize Service Now App Engine and Creator Studio to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes. Customize and configure Service Now modules , including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB , to align with business requirements. Design and implement automated workflows to minimize manual effort and improve process efficiency. Data Management Optimization: Analyze, map, and transform data between Service Now and external platforms , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability. Testing, Documentation Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations and workflows, resolving defects promptly. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, custom applications, and workflows. Stay updated with the latest Service Now features, integration capabilities, and automation tools to drive continuous improvement Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD & Integrtion, Employee workflow modules, Employee life cycle journey. Client and Server APIs i.e. Glide Dialog Window, Glide Form, Glide Aggregate, Glide Record, etc Mainline Certifications would be added advantage : • Service Now Administration certification • Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification • Service Now Certified Application developer • Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources
