As a (Senior) DesignExpert (f/m/d) for Battery Energy Storage Systems (battery, power conversionsystem (PCS), and controls), every day is not the same in your multiculturalteam. You will be responsible for the design, construction details and developmentof the best-fit-solutions in Energy Storage for our global customers and make asignificant contribution to the energy transition. Are you willing to take onthe challenge of developing new battery storage applications and establish themeffectively in the market?

Developing accurate 3D layouts, designs and integration of theindividual components of a battery storage system and ensuring compatibility,i.e. adoption of rules and regulations, in accordance with the project scopeand within specified time frames. Responsible for implementation and guidance of Basic & DetailEngineering activities for storage solutions and their integration intoexisting power plants, new builds, or infrastructure assets. Creating engineering prints and bills of material formanufacturing. Responsible for growing a sub-component or portfolio element toexcellence. Strengthen internal and external stakeholder relationships bytechnical expertise (drawing approval, 3-D model review). Profound experiences in CAD and construction of battery systemsand their sub-components, preferably using Siemens NX and GloBus Teamcenter.Applicants with first experience are also welcome. Hands-on experience in MS Office and SAP to facilitate projectexecution. Basic knowledge about standards, regulations, grid codes andmarket requirements. Good communication and presentation skills and a self-organizedway of working in an intercultural environment.

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a similar field Fluent in English (mandatory); German skills are a plus.
