Sr.Process Engineering

Job Description Responsible for Process improvements and identifying gaps to improve existing process performance. Feed basic engineering for all projects, plant & process upgradation initiatives. Support the Operation team in improving each plants performance in the various fields (safety / environment, quality, capacity, competitiveness (output, costs)).  Lead plant & process upgradation initiatives. Support new projects and monitoring actions concerning technical, process and SPC studies etc. Lead/conduct PHA/LOPA/FMEA/SPC studies. Participate in process safety analyses / studies.. Help plants to upgrade / install automation in existing plant. Prepare/Review all management of change proposals and validate. Coordinate with project team to make new P&IDs and update existing one if needed. Feed and basic engineering for all projects. Coordinate with R&D and Technical Services for new development.
