ILine is building the future of sustainable logistics and last-mile delivery. We are expanding our operations in Jaipur and looking for a driven Assistant Manager to lead marketplace operations, ensure smooth delivery execution, and scale our fleet efficiently.
Responsibilities
Drive marketplace operations in Jaipur, ensuring a balance between demand (orders) and supply (delivery partners).
Evaluate delivery partner economics, incentive structures, and operational costs to maximize utilization and productivity.
Monitor city-level demand & supply trends; ensure driver availability meets delivery SLAs.
Collaborate with Tech, Sales, and Customer Support teams to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
Analyze operational data to identify gaps, optimize pricing, and improve order fulfillment.
Support branch operations focusing on Safety, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Profitability.
Build and execute strategies for driver partner sourcing, onboarding, training, and retention.
Manage city-level P&L performance across delivery success, turnaround time, and customer NPS.
Proactively identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.
Lead BTL planning and on-ground execution for growth.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Operations / Logistics / E-commerce / Supply Chain.
Strong understanding of demand-supply dynamics in logistics/last-mile delivery.
Proven track record of managing large ground operations, fleets, or logistics supply.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
People management skills – hiring, training, and retaining ground teams/driver partners.
Problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Startup mindset – willingness to learn, innovate, and thrive in a flat structure.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics is an added advantage.
