Functional Area: Digital Marketing Technology & Product Delivery Job Title:- MarTech Product Owner – FMCG Programmes Location-India/ Remote Introduction: Neem Consulting is seeking a MarTech Product Owner to work within a global digital marketing transformation programme at a leading FMCG multinational. The role is responsible for driving the delivery of marketing technology capabilities across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing objectives, campaign execution requirements, and compliance standards. The successful candidate will serve as the interface between global product stakeholders, development teams, and activation partners to deliver scalable, value-driven MarTech solutions. Responsibilities: Own the product backlog for one or more marketing technology capabilities or platforms (e.g., CMP, CMS, DMP, consent, campaign tools) Define and prioritise epics, features, and user stories in line with global strategy and market needs. Liaise with global brand, data, IT, and compliance teams to gather and validate requirements. Collaborate with developers, vendors, and QA teams to deliver features through Agile sprints. Participate in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and cross-team planning. Ensure MarTech tools and features support global campaign execution, data privacy, and performance measurement. Translate technical constraints into business impacts and vice versa Contribute to the roadmap and capability maturity assessments Coordinate UAT and deployment in collaboration with delivery teams Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner in marketing technology, digital platforms, and campaign tools Background in FMCG, consumer brands, or highly matrixed global organisations Working knowledge of MarTech platforms such as CMS (e.g., AEM), consent platforms, tag managers, CRM or CDP integrations Strong understanding of campaign execution workflows and marketing stakeholder needs Experience working in Agile delivery environments with Scrum or SAFe Skilled at translating business needs into user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills Desirable Skills and Experience: Familiarity with data privacy (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms Knowledge of marketing measurement tools, activation channels, or audience segmentation Previous experience coordinating with external vendors or system integrators Kindly provide the details below, Current CTC Expected CTC Notice period required in days- Latest resume.
