You will collaborate across multiple brands, handle customer queries, track orders, and deliver a seamless service experience.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide personalized fashion recommendations and consulting.

  2. Engage actively with clients to resolve queries effectively.

  3. Manage orders and track deliveries, ensuring on-time solutions.

  4. Multitask across various brands while maintaining consistent quality.

  5. Stay updated on fashion trends to offer relevant insights.

Other requirements

  1. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  2. Proficiency in multitasking and time management.

  3. Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

  4. Interest or background in the fashion industry is preferred.

  5. Ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
