Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 5 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts. Responsibilities

  • Optimize existing applications to enhance user experience and system performance.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in QI Scaler and Quadient Inspire Interactive with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Have a deep understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Show proficiency in developing and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
