Department: Quality Management

Formal education: DME only

Professional experience: 4 to 5 years

Role & responsibilities:

  • Perform dimensional & visual inspection of machined parts in house
  • Inspection of machined/fabricated items at sub-vendors
  • Perform instrument calibration
  • Maintain records & reports of calibration.
  • Prepare inspection report of parts.

Defined competencies:

  • Knowledge and well familiar with measuring instruments to measure linear and Geometric dimensions ( GD &T)
  • Knowledge of instrument calibration
  • Knowledge of machines and fabrication processes.
  • Awareness of NDT Tastings.
  • Well understood machining drawings.
