The salary bracket offered is upto 8LPA.

the role:
We're looking for a finance professional to manage monthly MIS, budgeting, and forecasting while driving business insights through variance analysis and KPI tracking. They should build financial models, support strategic decisions, and partner cross-functionally to align financial plans. Proficiency in tools like Excel or Power BI for reporting automation is essential.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Conduct variance analysis between actual results and forecasts/budgets.
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insightful reporting to business stakeholders.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
Support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
Partner with departments (sales, operations, HR, etc.) to align financial plans with business objectives.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports.
Assist in automating reporting processes and improving efficiency through tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar.
You should apply if you
Semi Qualified CA with upto 3 years experience / Qualified CA fresher
2-4 years of experience in the similar domain
You have a hands-on experience with accounts, payments, MIS
Advannce Excel knowledge
