Job Description We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our quality assurance team. The QA Executive will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and process evaluation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in product delivery. Responsibilities Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements. Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to ensure quality standards. Report and track defects using bug tracking tools and follow up on resolutions. Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback to improve product functionality and user experience. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies. Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Executive or in a similar quality assurance role. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Experience with automated testing tools and bug tracking software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Skills Manual and automated testing Test case design and execution Defect tracking and management Knowledge of QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, QTP Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Strong analytical and critical thinking Attention to detail Effective communication skills .
