About the position  
We are looking for a Senior Level QA Engineer who will be working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions checking that raw materials or components involved in the production process are of suitable quality. 
Requirements For this position you need to have experience in the following:  
  • +5 years of experience on testing performing different roles such as functional tester
  • Advanced English
  • Familiar with creating and deploying quality assurance test plan
  • Experience on Analysis, design and creation for manual scripts based on user stories. 
  • Knowledge in SDLC, Testing Life Cycle, Defect Life Cycle and Agile Frameworks (Scrum or Kanban). 
  • Elaborate reports and followed up the PBIs (Requirements)
  • Evaluate the team throughout the life of the project to identify areas where improvement can be made.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks related to the project
  • Interacted closely with key stakeholders in the different areas of the project (architect, developers, product owners).  
  • Report progress, plans, and problems to upper management and other involved parties.
  • Ask for feedback from upper management and implement the suggested changes in as efficient a way as possible.

 

Nice to have:
  • Automation experience with Test Cafe.

Requirements
5+ years working as Project Manager in various industries specializing in IT projects. 2+ years proven experience working with Agile methodologies Preferably to have developed code Proven experience with reports and dashboards (Jira, Trello, Power BI, etc.) Accountable for the segmentation, updating, administration and monitoring of the portfolio of projects. Raise and optimization of processes. Good technical understanding of software development. Problem-solving skills and conflict management abilities. Responsibilities: Define the product vision and communicate it clearly to the team. Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the development team. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather and manage requirements. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of value to the customer in each iteration. Analyze data and user feedback to iterate and continuously improve the product. Make decisions about the scope and features of the product based on customer and market needs. Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master to ensure an efficient and collaborative workflow.
