About Us:
AIVES Australia is a leading migration consultancy firm committed to providing professional and ethical immigration services. We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Lawyer with a strong background in litigation to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with migration laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and client declarations.
- Provide legal guidance on complex visa cases and compliance-related matters.
- Support the case management team with legal insights and risk assessments.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the firm where required.
- Handle internal compliance audits and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in managing disputes or escalated client concerns with a litigation-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher; must be a registered lawyer.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience, with proven expertise in litigation and compliance.
- Prior experience in the migration/immigration sector (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks, contracts, and risk management.
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with corporate investigations and enforcement actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
