The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring on time testing, approving, Rejecting the R.M, packing material, Finished goods
• Preparing and presenting Monthly reports to the management for RESIL &N9 products.
• Assuring, by means of inspection, testing and audits, that the processes and procedures are operating as specific management System and that corrective action is implemented for non-conformances
• Sending RSL forms to various vendors to meet restricted substance list requirements & to ensure no banned chemicals in products
• Participating in IMS audits -External and Internal audits
•Complete and follow up all non-conformances found during audits for the unit to ensure corrective action has bee
• Making department ready for Internal & external management system audits.
• Attending Monthly review meetings, TRM meetings & Business review meetings
• Reviewing of NPIE'S & coordinating with PDR for any corrections and promoting in m2m database.
• Reviewing Raw-material quality specification documents and forwarding to the purchase
• Reviewing existing process & defining new process wherever needed.
• Co-ordination with IT departments for new features in software
• Handling & investigating customer complaints & closing in Microsoft dynamics
• Providing conclusion for Product substitution analysis and updating in CRM
• Ensuring RMV, ASR samples are tested and submitted within the stipulated time
• Conducting vendor audits as per schedule to evaluate vendor quality management systems. its products & documents
• To review SOP's, EOP's, method developments.
• Evaluating team members job performance to ensure organizational objectives are met (appraisal process).
• Identifying gaps in team members to meet the required competency & provide training needs
• Co-ordinating with various vendors for procuring of laboratory equipment's.
• To create Safety data sheet using Chemeter software and upload it in the sites
• Scheduling shift plan & handling man power requirements.
Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent experience in chemistry.
10-12 years' work experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
