Employ Change Management protocols for code deployment in Production and non-Production environments.Maintain core database processes like archiving, monitoring, and security.Provide on-call support as part of a 24*7 team rotation.Collaborate with application teams, developers, and other IT personnel to ensure responsive support and seamless operations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Extensive experience as an Oracle Apps DBA.Deep knowledge of Oracle Apps and Database administration, including patching, managing concurrent managers, user responsibilities, code promotion, and index rebuilding.Experience with Oracle GRC.Expertise in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Unix operating systems, specifically Solaris and AIX.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, ksh, perl, etc.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across multiple geographies and time zones.
