Role Overview:


The COO is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operational functions, focusing on optimizing processes that support sales and revenue growth. In a sales-driven organization, the COO works closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and scalability of sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Operational Leadership:

Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to optimize sales operations.

Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring all functions (sales, customer service, finance, etc.) run smoothly and align with strategic objectives.


2. Sales Support Operations:

Ensure the company has the necessary infrastructure (technology, processes, and people) to support sales targets.

Work closely with sales leadership to streamline operations and remove barriers to sales success.


3. Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Implement technology solutions that support the sales cycle, including CRM, order fulfillment, and data analytics tools.


4. Performance Monitoring & amp Improvement:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track operational efficiency and sales productivity.

Regularly review performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement in sales processes.


5. Resource Management:

Manage human resources and operational resources to maximize productivity.

Develop workforce plans that align with the sales team’s growth objectives, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.


6. Collaboration with CEO & amp Leadership Team:

Work closely with the CEO and other executives to align operational initiatives with company-wide goals, especially those aimed at driving sales growth.

Provide recommendations for operational improvements that can enhance revenue generation.


Qualifications:


Proven experience as COO or similar leadership role in operations management, preferably within a sales-driven organization.

Strong knowledge of business functions, process optimization, and operations management.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on enhancing sales productivity and operational efficiency.


Compensation : 20 LPA - 30 LPA
