We are seeking an experienced PEB Designer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the design and detailing of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural design principles, proficiency in MBS (Metal Building Software) and STAAD Pro, and expertise in connection design.
- PEB Design and Detailing:
- Develop and design PEB structures, including framing systems, connections, and foundations.
- Create detailed 3D models and drawings using MBS software.
- Ensure designs meet all relevant codes and standards.
- Structural Analysis:
- Perform structural analysis using STAAD Pro to ensure the safety, stability, and durability of the building design.
- Optimize design solutions for cost-effectiveness and material efficiency.
- Connection Design:
- Design and detail structural connections, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with project specifications.
- Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure accurate implementation of design.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate design requirements.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss design solutions, timelines, and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and check design work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify potential design issues and provide solutions to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including calculation reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing design-related queries and ensuring compliance with design intent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in PEB design and detailing.
