Highlight of the engagement opportunity

  • Nature of role: Full time
  • Number of years of experience expected: 2-4 years. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and video projects.
  • Educational qualification expected: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field. Video editing skills and/or relevant degree in video making.
  • Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US
  • Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English.
  • Application experience: Proficient knowledge of all major design software’s like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in UX/UI and web designing (html/ css/ javascript). Experience of working on WIX will be preferred
  • Location: Mumbai ,Goa


Key responsibility areas:

  • Delivering the assigned volume of creative designs within the prescribed deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Creative team to develop creative solutions like, brochures, logo designs, Flyers and other marketing collaterals and then translate those solutions accordingly.
  • Be creative and avoid monotonous designs
  • Prioritize and manage multiple creative projects within brand guidelines.
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images as per the creative requirements
  • Be organized, self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and experiment
  • Attention to detail
  • Candidate must possess high level of creativity and must be able to think out of the box.
  • Candidate must be very patient and composed by nature, must not crack under pressure.
  • Create design assets including high quality infographics, videos, illustrations, micro-sites and other design elements
  • Collaborate on design ideas and device blue-prints to help communicate marketing messages
  • Refine existing digital assets

  • Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India
  • Work permit requirements: Valid work permit to work in India
  • Period of engagement: Full time
  • Probation period: 6 months
  • Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
  • Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
  • Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.
  • Other benefits: Other employment benefits including medical insurance will be informed during the compensation discussion.
  • Career growth for full-time roles: Acies believes in a transparent and data-based performance evaluation system. You are encouraged to clarify any questions you have with respect to career growth with Acies personnel you interact with during the selection process.

Selection process:

We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

  • Demonstration of prior work: You will be allotted 30 minutes to take us through your prior work and explain how you were able to deliver it. The expectation of the interaction is to understand the approach to the outcome rather than demonstrate the outcome itself.
  • Interview: There are expected to be at least 2 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved.
  • Final discussion on career and compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.

  • Preparing a library of your past work for demonstration
