Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate meaningfulrelationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction andretention.
  • Oversee content creationprocesses collaborating with freelancers to produce topqualitycontent for clients.
  • Design and implement an engagingonboarding experience for newclients.
  • Maintain and update schedules forcurrent clients ensuring timely delivery and clientsatisfaction.
  • Engage with clients throughvarious communication channels including phone calls emails andinperson meetings.
  • Develop and refine processes toreduce project turnaround times enhancingefficiency
CandidateProfile:
  • Flawless communication skills inEnglish both written and verbal to ensure clear and effectiveinteractions with clients and teammembers.
  • Working knowledge of social mediaplatforms particularly Instagram and LinkedIn to leverage forclient projects andengagement.
  • Proficient in using Excel fordata management analysis and reporting ensuring accuracy andefficiency in projecttracking.
  • Design skills using Canva are abonus enhancing the ability to contribute to content creation andproject presentations.
  • Extremely detailoriented with theability to manage multiple projects calmly and effectivelymaintaining highquality standards underpressure.
