Key Responsibilities:
● Integrated Design and Storytelling:
○ Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs that span digital and
print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website
visuals, and more.
○ Develop high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations to be used in
various visual content such as marketing campaigns, product demonstrations,
and promotional materials.
○ Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and UX/UI teams to ensure a
cohesive visual identity and consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
● Brand Identity and Visual Frameworks:
○ Design logos, icons, and other visual elements that strengthen the brand’s
identity and resonate with the target audience.
○ Create and maintain visual frameworks, including mood boards and style
guides, to guide the creative direction of projects and ensure consistency
across all mediums.
○ Execute visual storytelling that enhances the user experience and engages
audiences through various digital products, including websites and
applications.
● Innovation and Trend Adaptation:
○ Stay ahead of design trends and techniques in both 2D and 3D design,
continuously bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
○ Integrate 3D elements into broader design projects, ensuring they
complement and enhance the overall creative vision.
○ Contribute to the evolution of our visual strategy by exploring new tools,
technologies, and methodologies that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
● Proven experience in graphic design, 3D artistry, and visual design, with a robust
portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign), 3D modeling tools (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D), and animation software.
● Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory,
composition, and visual storytelling.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in
a team-oriented environment.
● Attention to detail, a creative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality
designs.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
● Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
● Familiarity with AR/VR content creation.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
