Role Overview We are looking for a proactive HR Intern who is passionate about Talent Acquisition and eager to gain exposure to broader HR functions. This role offers hands-on experience in hiring, HR operations, and policy development. The internship provides strong learning opportunities and the potential for a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple sectors (tech & non-tech) Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication Manage hiring trackers Support end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure smooth delivery for clients Assist in building candidate pipelines for recurring roles HR Operations & Project Support the development and documentation of HR policies and processes Assist in creating HR frameworks and structures for BridgeView as we scale Contribute to onboarding processes and compliance documentation Help plan basic employee engagement and internal communication activities What's in in for you High Exposure to Talent Acquisition: Work on real hiring mandates across diverse industries, giving you insight into how different sectors operate.
