Job Opening: Executive – Purchase & Vendor ManagementBe responsible for managing the spa & salon related material ordering, tracking and delivery and be instrumental in smooth running of spa locations across India. Salary: Annual CTC INR 3 lacs INR 3.5 lacs.Location: GurgaonExperience: 1 to 2 yearsProcurement:Oversee organization wide management of the strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of vendors and servicesCultivate and manage vendor relationshipsManage and / or execute procurement related functions (e.G., develop and implement contract management and procurement frameworks, sourcing strategies, negotiate agreements, draft and manage contracts, etc.)Oversee the return of non-conforming purchased itemsSupplier/Vendor managementResponsible for managing the existing supplier relationships (beauty product and consumables manufacturers and retailers) and ensuring they maintain the quality standards.Identifying and developing new supplier relationships that adhere to the organisation’s quality standards.Planning order management across vendors to ensure optimal material availability products in the store.Planning audits/visits to existing and new suppliers to ensure better quality controlsReportingMaintaining regular MIS pertaining to individual supplier orders and billingVerification of subcontractors and supplier bills and pass for payments along with accounts departmentForecasting and Demand Planning reportsCross-functional team stakeholders’ collaborations to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chainExperience and desirables:Professional with 1 to 2 years in managing purchase and vendor relationsShould possess good communication (internal & external) skillsAdept at MS excel and other daily working technology toolsExecution, planning, scheduling controlTeamwork and collaborationHonesty & IntegrityWhat’s on Offer:An environment with immense opportunity to grow as a professional
