This strategic role involves driving digital transformation initiatives across sales, procurement, supply chain, and CXO-level decision support.You’ll work on end-to-end development of projects such as predictive models, weather-linked demand forecasting, pricing algorithms, logistics optimization, mobile app analytics, gamification, and stakeholder dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesForecasting & Predictive Modelling: Build demand and price prediction models for dairy and agri-based products.Logistics Optimization: Develop algorithms for route planning and vehicle utilization using optimization techniques.Analytics & Insights: Create dashboards and generate insights from CRM, ERP, GPS, and app data.Gamification & App Analytics: Collaborate with mobile and marketing teams to enhance user engagement.Cloud & Data Engineering: Automate data pipelines (Python + SQL) and deploy models on cloud platforms.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to define problems, present analytical solutions, and promote adoption.Skills & CompetenciesMust Have: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Time-Series Forecasting, Power BI, Optimization ModelsPreferred: Cloud platforms (AWS), Firebase/App Analytics Tools, Google OR-Tools/Pu LP, Gamification ConceptsBonus: R, NLP/CV, Deep Learning, APIs for weather/inventoryQualificationB. Tech/M. Tech/M.
