Job Title: Technical Software Architect and Senior Manager for Power Module System Simulator Location: Bengaluru, India Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Software Architect and Senior Manager to lead our system simulator and configuration tools software team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the software architecture and building a lean team to develop, deploy, and maintain the tool(s) with a clear roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Own and define the software architecture for the system simulator and configuration tools for our power devices. Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of the tools. Build and manage a lean, high-performing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain a product roadmap. Ensure the software meets high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Implement agile methodologies to streamline development processes. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. Key Skills and Qualifications: BE/BTech/MTech Computer Science with 15+ years experience Proven experience in software architecture and team management. Expertise and prior experience in digital twin technology is an advantage. Proficiency in Python and full stack development. Strong knowledge of JSON and database management. Experience with agile methodology for software development. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
