Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located on-site in Chennai. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the day-to-day tasks of HR management, including creating and updating HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will work closely with the HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
