We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to handle the end-to-end hiring process for our Jaipur operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the local talent market, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires within timelines while ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, local networks, and consultants.
- Screen profiles, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Keep candidates engaged with regular updates and feedback.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.
Offer & Onboarding Support
- Assist in salary discussions and issue offer letters.
- Support pre-joining documentation and smooth onboarding.
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
- Work with local recruitment agencies in Jaipur and nearby areas.
- Understand manpower requirements directly from hiring managers.
Recruitment Reporting & Compliance
- Track time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other recruitment KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
- Familiarity with ATS/HR software.
- Knowledge of Jaipur & Rajasthan talent markets is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple positions under strict timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience; preference for Kaolin, manufacturing, marble, construction, or Ceramic industries.

- Positions closed within agreed timelines
- Candidate quality & retention rate
- Positive candidate experience feedback
