Job Description:

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain user-facing features using ReactJS and TypeScript.Implement responsive web design using modern CSS techniques.Address accessibility (A11Y) issues to ensure compliance with web accessibility standards.Triage and resolve Level 1 customer tickets efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve ICM (Incident and Change Management) tickets.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.Continuously improve the user experience by identifying and fixing frontend bugs.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.Strong proficiency in CSS and responsive design principles.Experience with web accessibility standards and fixing A11Y bugs.Familiarity with customer ticketing systems and Level 1 triage processes.Understanding of ICM processes and ability to handle related tickets.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
