Mumbai Suburban | On-site Role Experience: 3–7 years (preferably in Financial Services / NBFC / Startup environments) CTC Range: ₹5–10 Lakhs per annum (based on experience & capability) Anupam Wealth Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and self-driven HR Generalist to support our growing organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founders and Senior Leadership, and play a pivotal role in building robust HR processes and a high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: ✔ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations * End-to-end hiring, candidate evaluation, interview,salary negotiations ✔ HR Policy Development & Implementation * Framing, updating, and executing HR policies aligned with organizational goals ✔ HR Operations & Compliance * Employee documentation, statutory compliance, payroll , record management ✔ Performance Management & Employee Engagement * Evaluation frameworks, retention initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution ✔ Culture & Process Building * Establishing recruitment systems, onboarding workflows, and continuous HR process improvements Required Skills & Competencies Strong HR domain knowledge with proven experience in HR operations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills High level of ownership with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information Demonstrated capability in conflict resolution, decision-making, and people management About Anupam Wealth Anupam Wealth Pvt.
