What You’ll Do Review & Feedback: Evaluate trainee code submissions and provide constructive, actionable feedback to ensure production-level quality. Grade Assignments: Assess and correct assignments to ensure alignment with program goals and technical standards. Monitor Progress: Track trainee performance and provide targeted feedback to support growth and identify areas for improvement. Daily Collaboration: Join daily stand-ups with the Engineering Manager to plan review priorities and discuss trainee progress. Repository Management: Maintain Git repositories and ensure version control integrity. Content Support: Assist in verifying and improving course materials and technical content. What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience: 2–3 years in software development or quality assurance. Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding standards (security, performance, readability). Ability to deliver tactful, educational feedback. Proficiency with Git and version control best practices. Experience with AI-powered code review tools and automated quality tools (linters, static analyzers).
