Job Description:We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Associate Naturalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide guests on nature walks, safaris, and other eco-tourism activities while also contributing to guest satisfaction and relationship management during their stay.

Responsibilities:Lead and assist in safaris, birdwatching sessions, and nature trails.Educate guests about the wildlife, conservation efforts, and local culture.Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities.Maintain and update knowledge about Kanha's biodiversity and ecosystem.Address guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met promptly.Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Gather and act on guest feedback to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:1-4 years of experience in a similar role.A background in wildlife biology, ecology, or hospitality is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passionate about wildlife, conservation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
