Job Description Creative Designer / Video Content Producer Location: Mohali Employment Type: Full-time About Us: Our healthcare institution caters to a discerning patient base and demands high-end creative standards. We’re looking for a Creative Designer / Video Producer who fuses premium healthcare brand aesthetics with high-impact video content. Key Responsibilities: Design digital advertising assets, website graphics, brochures and other collateral aligned with our premium brand. Produce short-form video content (educational videos, patient testimonials, before/after, explainer) suitable for social, website and clinical communications. Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to create, test and optimise creative assets (A/B testing, variant creatives). Ensure all visual materials strictly follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity unique to private healthcare. Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Figma, Premiere Pro to create and edit visuals and video. Stay ahead of design & video trends, especially in healthcare and digital platforms Requirements 3+ years of experience as a designer/video producer, preferably in a healthcare or premium brand scenario. Strong portfolio showing both static design and video content. Comfortable working end-to-end: concept, production, editing, delivery. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) plus CapCut, Figma or similar tools. Excellent visual storytelling skills, and ability to work with tight deadlines and changing briefs.
