Job Overview:As a Technical Architect at Kellton, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical directionOf our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, productManagers, and stakeholders, to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable .NETSolutions. Your expertise will guide the architecture decisions and ensure the overall success ofOur projects in terms of performance, security, and maintainability.

What you will do:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gatherrequirements, understand project goals, and define technical specifications.● Design end-to-end architecture solutions using .NET technologies that align withbusiness objectives and project requirements.● Lead the development team in implementing best practices for coding, testing, anddeployment within the .NET ecosystem.● Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize developmentprocesses and system performance.● Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and guidelines to communicate designdecisions and ensure consistency across the team.● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, guiding them in solvingcomplex technical challenges.● Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, code quality, andsecurity practices. Monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and recommendingimprovements as needed.● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in .NET development andrelated technologies● Monitor application architecture and ensure appropriate implementation of all solutions.● Develop architectural principles and standards for various IT groups.● Assist enterprise architecture team on all governance activities.● Coordinate with architects and analysts to maintain a technical knowledge center.Who you are:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relatedfield.● Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Architect with a strong focus on .NETdevelopment.● Expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and high-performancesolutions using the .NET technology stack.● In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.● Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and modern software designprinciples.● Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and containerizationtechnologies like Docker.● Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and ORM frameworks.● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in afast-paced environment.● Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.● Prior experience with agile development methodologies.● Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) a plus.Nice-to-Haves:Certifications
