Job description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Freelance SAP FICO Trainer to join our pool of expert trainers. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive and industry-relevant SAP FICO training sessions to learners, helping them build hands-on expertise and prepare for successful careers in SAP consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) training sessions (online/offline).

• Deliver real-time project examples, case studies, and assignments to ensure practical understanding.

• Guide learners through SAP FICO configuration, integration with other modules (MM, SD, etc.), and reporting.

• Prepare students for SAP certification exams and career opportunities in SAP consulting.

• Provide mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and continuous support throughout the training program.

• Collaborate with the institute to develop training materials, course modules, and assessments.

• Stay updated with the latest versions of SAP ERP and S/4HANA Finance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP FICO implementation or support projects.

• Strong expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost & Profit Centers, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

• Practical knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.

• Previous experience as a trainer/faculty/corporate mentor is desirable.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

• SAP FICO Certification (preferred).

• Experience in S/4 HANA Finance is a strong advantage.
