• Programming experience inPython.
• Handson experience ML NLP and DL.Research experience in them is a plus.
•Handson experience with DL frameworks like PyTorch/Tensorflow. Musthave experience with training/finetuning and deploying a DL NLPmodel.
• Handson experience with instructiontuning and SFT on LLM. Experience with model quantization orcomputational optimizations is a plus.
•Proficient in leveraging LangChain for the development andintegration of LLMs into diverse applications demonstrating astrong ability to enhance AI functionalities through
innovative uses of natural language processing andunderstanding.
• Experience with developing MLmodels at scale from inception to production.
•Familiarity with one of the cloud platforms like AWS GCP andAzure.
• Experience with applying LLMs in theHealthcare space is a plus.
• Must obtain workauthorization in the country of employment at the time of hire andmaintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Responsibilities:
• Design methods tools and infrastructure to push forwardthe state of the art in large language models.
• Deploy monitor and manage ML models in productionensuring high availability and low latency.
•Manage and optimize ML infrastructure including cloud servicescontainers and orchestration tools.
• Defineresearch goals informed by practical engineeringconcerns.
• Contribute to experiments includingdesigning experimental details writing reusable code runningevaluations and organizing results.
• Adaptstandard machine learning methods to best exploit modern parallelenvironments (e.g. distributed clusters multicore SMP andGPU)
