Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant General Manager-Residential Sales. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales teams, conducting market analysis, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, mentoring team members, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Residential Sales and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in team management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Analysis and develop Sales Strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
