Archroma | IT Authorizations Specialist

Job Responsibility:Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security measures within and outside SAP systems. You need to take care that systems are protected against unauthorized access and breaches while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsiblity:Security Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain security roles and profiles in SAP environments (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.) to ensure appropriate access controls.User Administration: Manage user access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes, ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance requirements.Role Management: Develop and maintain authorization concepts, including the creation and adjustment of roles based on business requirements and user needs.Compliance & Audits: Assist in security audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize SAP IAG (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools to monitor security incidents, generate reports, and perform risk assessments.Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams (e.g., Basis, ABAP, Functional Analysts) to resolve security issues and improve security posture.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, processes, and procedures.Preparing and maintaining SOD (Segregation of duties) for role/profile matrix.Manage relationships with third-party vendors supporting Data Management Platforms and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Support the Organization Data Strategy and advocate Data Usage practices and adoption of modern tools within the organization.Lead & manage AMS partners to ensure all requests (Incidents/SRs/CRs) under Reporting and Analytics area are on track and delivered on time.Good to have the knowledge of (PAM) privileged access management.

Profile:5 to 7 years of IT and business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments within Chemical or related industriesBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Security and authorization or a related field.Project management skills. Relative certifications will be favorably considered.Understanding of data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
